Overview:
Audiobooks for Everyone -  When originally developed, Playaway primarily catered to an adult audience. With the addition of products for younger audiences, a more vibrant and playful look was developed to better align with the suite of products.

I refreshed the brand to have a patron focused view that showcased the wide range of library patrons who use Playaway Products. Through the addition of bold colors, inclusive lifestyle imagery, and playful graphic elements - a comprehensive family of brands was created that appealed to a wider audience while still staying true to the original flagship product.

Results:
• Improved user interface and navigation for shop.playaway.com lessened customer support tickets from users requiring assistance navigating the site.
• Updated and reusable tradeshow assets reduced the annual cost and allowed for an open booth concept for improved foot traffic and lead generation.
• Updated visual styles increased user engagement in social media, e-mail, and sales channels.
